LIVE POETRY READING & CHAPBOOK LAUNCH Lucy Wilks & Leone Gabrielle: We noted that Rabbit was soliciting writing of a collaborative nature thus our sonnets were born. We started with the 'end of the line'. The first poem introduces the method by the way we crafted the poem. The last three words of each line, were all that was given to the writer of the following line, to craft the next line and so on. We are up to sonnet #20. Themes: NATURE, DOMESTICITY, LOVED ONES examples of lines 'insect exoskeletons lead me to shed my shell so i too can develop wings' sonnet#7 'on boobook nights i am the hawk moth drunk on sent of moonflower eyes' #9 'i am fused in overcast i do not trust my will to lie outside in truth i am the road block' #19
